What bin sizes does I.D. Construction rent?

6 yard (12 by 5 feet, 2.5 feet high) for clean fill or asphalt, 14 yard (13 by 6 feet, 4 feet high) and 20 yard (15 by 7 feet, 4 feet high) for mixed construction or household waste. Bins sit on wood boards and you do not need to be home for delivery.

How much does a bin rental cost?

A 6 yard bin is $249 for 3 days, a 14 yard is $299 and a 20 yard is $399, plus $20 for each extra day. Disposal is charged by weight at the dump at $120 per tonne. Bins take construction debris, household junk, wood, drywall, roofing shingles, dirt, concrete, brick, block and asphalt. Not accepted: hazardous waste, biomedical waste, asbestos, contaminated soil. Prices are before HST.

What does an excavator or skid steer with operator cost?

Excavator with operator is $120 an hour and skid steer with operator is $100 an hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Sites more than 50 km from our yard in Clarence-Rockland add a $90 delivery charge. Prices are before HST.

Where does I.D. Construction work?

Across Ontario, with bases in Toronto, Ottawa and Kingston. Bin rentals run from Clarence-Rockland, east of Ottawa.

How do I know the buried work was done right?

We photograph every layer before it is covered, from excavation to membrane, weeping tile, clear stone and drainage board, and the photos come to you with the invoice. We also provide a WSIB clearance certificate, a certificate of liability insurance and a written quote with scope, price, start date and payment schedule.
